We provide its online services/information through Own Pandit, subject to the following Terms and conditions, which may be amended/modified from time to time, without any prior notice. User agrees to any modification and reviews the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications in the agreement. Such modifications shall be effective immediately as posted. User/visitor/buyer described hereafter as (“User or visitor or You”) and Own Pandit or its subdomains described hereafter as (“Site or website” and/or “We”) and online courses & services, Puja Training, Astrology, Numerology, Palmistry, Vastu, Tarot Cards, Reiki,and Yoga contents, articles, remedies, widgets, Sanskrit Strotram/prayers, products, images, audio, video, reports, remedies, internal/external widgets, widget codes, other software data, codes, infographics and any content given on this site described hereafter as (“content or contents”).
Our Service:
The site provides various content related to Puja Training, Astrology, Numerology, Palmistry, Vastu, Tarot Cards, & Reiki, and Yoga and on various subjects. The contents are made based on Indian “Vedic” Astrology, Numerology, Palmistry, Vastu, Tarot Cards, Reiki,and Yoga and horoscope which prepared on birth database or other information provided by the user, in principles of Indian “Vedic” studies. All services are accepted in the manner that the user has understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. We also provide a consultancy platform for our students. We offer the best platform that helps our students to grow and achieve success.

Demo Class:-
1) It will be the person’s self responsibility in case he/she is not able to attend the demo class for whatsoever the reasons/situations/circumstances be.
2) The fee structure and the offers disclosed in the demo will only be valid for the said/informed duration for which the duration will be disclosed in the Demo session only.
3) In case the person is not able to grab the offers in the demanded duration/time, the original or the total fees of the particular subject will be in prevail and moreover, whoever the person would be (either he/she has attended or not attended the demo session) will not have the right upon the discounted fees or offers disclosed in the demo session.
4) The person who is attending the demo session is not allowed to make a nuisance (Making noise, disturbing others, not allowing others to speak, using abusive words, etc) during the demo session.
5) A person attending the demo session is not allowed to ask his/her personal questions, he/she is only allowed to ask queries related to the course.
6) The demo session will be the first and last demo class related to all the courses taught in the Institute. A person cannot demand for the personal demo session or he/she cannot attend the first class of any Course in the name of demo class.
7) The demo session is completely free and the Institute does not charge or demand any charges for attending the demo session.
8) The offers given or provided in the demo session will only be valid in the case if the student/person attending the demo will have to obey or follow each and every rule and regulation conveyed by the management team/Institute. If the person who has taken admission through attending the demo session or through direct admission (not attending the demo session) does not obey or follow the rules and regulations and the directions laid down by the management/Institute the offer which the person has grabbed during the registration will be completely null and void, and the person will not have any claim over the offers he was presented or provided by institute at the time of registration. The terms and conditions contain the rules and regulations which the student/person who has already registered are bound to follow.
9) If the person attending the demo exchanges their contact numbers (which is not allowed by the Institute) and any problem arises due to exchanging numbers, it’s the person exchanging the numbers’ responsibility not the institute.
10) The Institute/the Chairman/any of the staff members are not responsible for any mishappening done with the person or his/her relatives attending the demo session.
11) The suggestion or advice given by the Chairman/Institute during the demo session is his personal thought and the person attending the demo is not bound upon that and he/she is completely free to opt any of the courses he/she wishes.
Certificate:
Student has given two options for getting their certificate after the completion of the course; firstly, he/she will be provided certificate of completion on the convocation day which is held every year tentatively in the month of February or March or it may get preponed or postponed as per the circumstances, secondly, he/she may email the Institute that he/she needs the certificate before the convocation and in this case the Institute will email his/her certificate, and in the case if the student wants the hardcopy of the certificate to be delivered at his/her home, he/she will have to pay the delivery charges of the courier done. After the successful completion of the course and the examination, students who have passed the examination will be provided a consultancy platform where they can get clients and earn as per their potential, moreover only those students will be added to the consultancy platform who will accept the terms and conditions of the particular consultancy platform, and institute will not be responsible for your success over the consultancy platform it will be completely up to the students potential. It is requested to please share your name as per the Aadhar card ( Government ID ). The name on your valid Aadhar card IDs will be printed on the certificates.
